1. Do I have to take a skipper?
You are not obliged to hire a skipper if you possess a valid nautical certificate. But yachts over 50 feet (approximately) can be chartered only with a skipper.
2. What do I need for renting a boat withuot a skipper?
You need to have a valid skipper and radio-telephone licence (VHF).
3. Who pays the skipper and his food?
You are obligated to pay the skipper(or the hostess or the crew) and his food, whether you eat on boat or at the restaurant.
4. What do I have to pay extra?
Obligated: safety deposit and final cleaning.
5. Can I pay with a credit card?
No. You can only pay safety deposit in the base with a credit card.
6. Is there any parking place in marina?
Yes, and the parking fee for 7 days is about 30-40 EUR.
7. What is exact time of check in and check out?
CHECK IN: Saturday afternoon at 5:00 pm
CHECK OUT: Saturday morning at 8:00 am
8. Can I rent a boat for less than a week?
Usual charter period is from Saturday to Saturday, but it is possible to rent it for less than a week in period before and after the peak season. However, it all depends on requests for that period.
